How to Order a New Service

Follow these steps to place a new server order.

Step 1: Start an Order

• In the portal dashboard, click the Order thumbnail.
• Find your desired server and click Order Now.

Step 2: Configure Your Order

• Review and adjust any settings on the order form.
• If you don’t have an account yet, scroll to the bottom and register.
• New accounts must be verified via an automated email before the first order can be processed.

Step 3: Complete Checkout

• Once logged in or registered, a Continue button will appear at the bottom of the checkout page.
• Click Continue and your order will begin processing.
• Orders may take 1–5 minutes to process and start installing.

Step 4: Access Your Service

• After installation, go to the portal dashboard.
• Under Services, expand the dropdown to view your panel login credentials and URL.

Important Notes

• Portal: Handles orders, billing, and support tickets.
• Panel: The separate game panel where you manage your game servers.
