How to Access and Log Into Your Server Panel

Once your order has been processed and your service is active, follow these steps to log into the game panel.

Step 1: Locate Your Panel Details

• Log into the Portal.
• Under Dashboard > Services, expand your active service.
• You will see your Panel login URL and credentials listed there.

Step 2: Open the Game Panel

• Click the provided Panel URL, or copy/paste it into your browser.
• Enter the login details supplied in your service information.

Step 3: Manage Your Server

• Once logged in, you will have access to the game panel.
• From here you can:
  • Start, stop, or restart your server.
  • Change configuration options.
  • Access the file system to upload/download files
  • Access the console and logs.
  • Install modpacks (minecraft).

Important Notes

• Portal vs Panel:
  • The Portal is for billing, support, and account management.
  • The Panel is for controlling your game servers.
• If you have trouble logging in, confirm you are using the Panel URL (not the Portal).
• Still stuck? Open a support ticket through the Portal.
